We ship worldwide! Shipping occurs five to six days a week from Asheville, North Carolina, USA. Our shipping carriers are USPS and UPS, and our standard options are as follows:
Domestic orders under 1 pound and under $200 = USPS First Class
Domestic orders over 1 pound OR over $200 = USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, our choice.
International orders = UPS Worldwide Economy, Standard, or Expedited, or USPS First Class or Priority, our choice.
Please help yourself keep shipping cost down by purchasing multiple items at one time.
Make sure your ADDRESS IS CORRECT AND COMPLETE. If your package arrives at someone else’s address because you gave us an incorrect address, we are NOT responsible for replacing your lost package. If we receive the package returned to us, you are responsible for the second shipping charge and will be billed before we can reship your package to the correct address. If we do not receive the package returned to us, you may place another order.
If you have had difficulty receiving packages in the past, you may want to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail, which offers you claim protection if your package goes missing. This protection is not offered with most of our standard services.

On average, UPS Worldwide Economy takes 5-12 days, UPS Worldwide Expedited takes 2-5 days, USPS First Class takes 7-21 days, and USPS Priority takes 6-10 days for packages to arrive at their final destination. HOWEVER, sometimes these services can have delays, and we have experienced on rare occasions it can take 8 weeks or longer, depending on your country and your customs office. Be patient and please do not leave negative or neutral feedback without first contacting us to resolve the issue. We understand you need to be protected, and we want you to feel safe shopping with us. Please allow ample time for mail to arrive before you take action. Thank you!
International customers may have to pay duty and/or VAT taxes upon receipt of the item. We will do our best to ensure that you do not incur duty, but we are not responsible for any taxation that you may incur.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
The stone business for us is a labor of love. We are elated that it is our job to find proper homes for the stones that seek us out. We want YOU to be happy with what you received from Throwin' Stones and the transaction that you experienced. This for us is an integral part of doing business with these fascinating natural products. If you are not happy with what you receive, please let us know immediately upon delivery.
All items are sold as is but exchanges or returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving items if they are not as described. Buyer pays return shipping unless we have arranged otherwise, and we are not responsible for shipping carrier loss or damage. Items must be carefully packed with all original packaging.
We reserve the right to decide if it will be either an exchange or a return that we can offer until we receive the item(s) being returned. For exchanges and returns, we reserve the right to retain a restocking fee. The fee will be 10% of the item amount, withheld from the refund amount.
Due to hygiene safety, we CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS on Amber Ear Plugs.
