BERYL

Beryl is a relatively rare silicate mineral, called different names according to its colors: Emerald (green), Aquamarine (greenish blue to blue), Morganite (pink to orange), Red Beryl (red), Heliodor (yellow to greenish yellow), Maxixe (deep blue), Goshenite (colorless), Green Beryl (light green) and Chatoyant Beryl (cat's eye).

Beryl helps relieve the mind of stress, worry, and noise, breaking out of unhelpful repetitive thought patterns, and replacing them with a gentle focus and calm spirit. Once negative thoughts are banished, Beryl helps call in and express optimism, cheerfulness, and confidence, promoting a buoyancy of spirit and body. Heliodor is a form of golden or yellow Beryl. Since ancient times it has been associated with the Sun and praised for its healing energy. Heliodor is commonly used to promote the clearing of toxins from the body and to counteract hyperactivity.
