Since the closing of Tsumeb, Erongo has taken over as the Combo-King locality of multiple mineral associations. The diverse pegmatite there produces Aquamarine, Schorl, Fluorite, and Orthoclase! Sometimes even all together!! Erongo is famous for producing prolific Aquamarine specimen. Lesser known is that Eronga and its surrounding region has a knack for producing odd twinning in fluorites, rarities such as Jeremejevite, and an array of mostly untapped tourmaline pegmatite fields!
