Throwin' Stones reserves the right to add international shipping fees to any item with a dimension or weight exceeding USPS Flat Rate Box standards. On these rare occasions we will contact you before charging additional fees or shipping your order.
For customers living in Indonesia or South Africa, we will only ship via USPS Registered Mail and your minimum shipping charge will be $40 USD. Please contact us if you would like to ship to Indonesia or South Africa.
The stone business for us is a labor of love. We are happy to be able to find the proper homes for the stones that choose to find us and pass through our hands to our customers! And we want YOU to be happy as well with what you received from Throwin Stones and the transaction that occurred. This for us is an integral part of doing business with these fascinating natural products. If you are not happy with what you receive, please let us know immediately upon delivery.
If a return is what is required, we expect the stone(s) to be post marked back to us within 7 days of receiving them, and to be received by us in the same condition as when shipped. Unless otherwise specified, we will expect you to pay the shipping to return the stone(s) to us. Thank you for understanding!
